If Its Not Illegal or Immoral, or Fattening, say YES

  I started this story of my life quoting the French philosopher Albert Camus and believe in the truth of,   “Life is a sum of all your choices.”   Like most of you, I have made some bad choices in my lifetime, but unlike most of you, it has cost me bigtime in lost relationships, lost money and an unnecessary emotional ride. On the plus side, many of those choices have given me extraordinary experiences that most people cannot even imagine. At the time, I totally believed I was right and nobody could tell me differently. I regret those bad choices but there is nothing I can do about it now. I do not regret the exciting experiences, only because I was lucky enough to survive them, but don’t recommend them to others, since you may not be as lucky as me. In my experience, you can take the following lessons to the bank:   “Don’t compare yourself to others – they’re more screwed up than you think.”   “I’d rather regret the things I’ve done than regret the things I haven’t done.”   “I’ve learned that we …….
